The Man Who Fell to Earth
Nicholas Roeg is definitely a unique film maker, and David Bowie rules both as a musician and an actor (even Labyrinth was cool ‘cos of him, Jennifer Connelly’s sexiness aside). This movie is truly whacky and will always require multiple viewings. It’s repulsive, funny, horrific, inspiring, and probably several more adjectives. It’s a real work of art. Just take some still frames from it. This is cinema.
