To say this isn’t a patch on the original isn’t saying much since the first wasn’t exactly unmissable. But it did have that shower scene that perked me up as a naughty kid watching it underage. I guess that’s what was missing when watching Porky’s 2: I’ve seen plenty of naked women now, and that’s pretty much all this series has going for it. I can’t believe Howard Stern is remaking the original (or, last I heard, he was). I mean… why? College boys can get their jollies now in the binge sense by just going online for a few seconds… I guess maybe there’s a retro thing. This is just a pointless movie to me, and I don’t like pointless movies.
