Those wanting a gore fix following the rather lacking Land of the Dead might want to slip into a screening of this if they can. To me, this movie was so gory it made me laugh in places. It’s really pretty bad storywise, etc, and kind of insane with the twist it takes mid-way (where the gore starts) ... but I bow down before the gore, it’s pretty marvelously sick. Bunch o’ nice Carrie homages (among many), too. Horror fans will love it.
