So, in the first, he was found with amnesia and he ran; in the second, the “one good thing” he remembered from the first died within 30 minutes, and he ran; and now, in the third, after 90 minutes of running, he finally remembers. Seriously, I wanted and even expected to like this one even more than Supremacy, but Jebus, I couldn’t be more convinced now that this trilogy should’ve just been one movie. It’s even more overstretched than Heroes and even more overrated.

Again, of course, it’s technically perfect; but by this point, I’m too bored to care. The last half hour is the trilogy’s finest passage and almost convinced me of the Rotten Tomatoes rating … but I really don’t know how so many people see these as great movies. Calling just one of them above average is a stretch for me. I’ll have forgotten all about them again within the week.
