I’m not very good with comedies in general, and specifically with sex comedies, but aside from being a little long, I came out of this with a big grin on my face, if only for the final scene which manages to top 2003’s Anger Management Sondheim ending. Catherine Keener really saves the whole thing from going “too far” into stupid city and there are a lot of pleasant detours from the norm in this kind of movie. I feel like I’m being a little 4-star happy recently, lol, but honestly, I really loved this one.
