Slumber Party Massacre III aka Stab in the Dark
The only thing I can say about this one is that it actually kinda has nothing to do with the first two movies in the series and was even called “Stab in the Dark” in the US (and in the titles of the version I saw today, despite the title of my review and the title in the TV guides) The story is an almost complete repeat of the first movie – we meet sexy girls playing volleyball on the beach, there’s a weirdo watching them (who looks a lot like Kurt Cobain, lol), there’s a neighbour who’s a little goofy, then people start dying. OK I remembered, there is one good moment I guess – when the Kurt Cobain guy, who we’re led to believe is the stalker, is found dead (if anyone tells me it’s possible to spoil this movie I’ll drill them lol) and one of the dizzy heroines shouts “I can’t believe somebody killed the weirdo!” Well it made me laugh, I guess I was desperate lol.
