This was nowhere near as funny as I thought it was gonna be. Everything had led me to expect another Braindead or Undead or something, but while there’s a fairly constant tittering and more than a handful of laugh out loud moments, most of all this is a pretty nasty movie, reminiscent of David Cronenberg’s Shivers. In a way it’s the perfect horror movie for Halloween, revelling so much as it does in its B-movie-ness. I’ll never watch it again, but it’s a bit of fun.
