I’m pretty sure this isn’t just a mood thing that’s happening with me and movies recently but I realise it probably seems that way, lol … this … just didn’t really work for me as I thought it might and was told it would. While it’s brilliantly acted and shot and scored, and I even bought the whole not-letting-her in part better than I expected (as many reviewers have pointed out – She’s Your Wife, You’d Let Her In LOL), I saw the ending (I won’t give it the privilege of calling it a twist, lol) coming from the moment the next door neighbour entered the building, and it’s all just too damn drab in the end. It’s best compared to movies like Night of the Living Dead and 28 Days Later …, both of which are miles better.
