Who knows why I watched this – I still haven’t seen the first movie. But my guess is that this is hardly a worthy successor to a movie I’ve heard called classic many times. This is more like Rambo or the many action flicks of the 1980s but by no means an absolute failure. It at least passes its time smoothly, and an early Chris Penn provides some interest.
