Paparazzi

Paparazzi

Yet another awkward movie with past real events resonance. This might have had an amazing controversial impact shortly after Princess Diana’s death, the known (and rumoured) details of which are quite frighteningly mimicked in one scene in particular here. Now, it seems like nothing but a good whine from the shallowest of actors: the ones who complain about the paparazzi whilst courting them. The ending is the worst thing of all; the actor being stalked finally seems to accept the paparazzi, as if the evil paparazzi who plays the villain for the whole movie was just a flash in the pan, negating any kind of message the movie could’ve had.

It’s entertaining, of course. But that’s that. Please, Robin Tunney, do something like Niagara Niagara again soon…
