Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas
No, no, NO! This is the 3D thing I was worried about seeing when I put Once Upon a Christmas on, and it’s even more unbearable to watch than I thought it’d be. Y’know, I’m not stupid, I’ll give anything a chance, and I figured, Disney is capable of pulling a story out of their butts great enough to overcome any animation deficiencies … they have the best story department in the world … or …. they used to …. hell, didn’t they even invent the idea of a story department? But it looks like that little room got closed the same day they decided, hey, the computer can’t just colour for us, it can write, produce, direct and market the damn thing too!
Watching this is to watch Uncle Walt literally turn in his grave. There’s just no excuse. It’s one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen. And at Christmas! For shame 
Please, parents, don’t let your kids watch this, there’s so much more for them. Beauty is not perfection. I’m not against computer animation at all, but I do believe it requires just as much effort and inspiration behind it as traditional, and that effort is absolutely absent from this production.
okay, “Donald’s Gift” almost brought a smile to my face.
