Not exactly any better or worse than the first movie, but nothing really new either. Telly Savalas, Jackie Chan and Frank Sinatra are thrown into the mix as cameos, but they can’t make up for Roger Moore’s turn in the first movie, and it crumbles to a complete mess by the end. It has nostalgic value though, I guess, and again, I’d probably watch it any time I stumbled across it on TV.
