Surprisingly, I got into this movie pretty smoothly. There’s something about Steve Martin saying, “Champ-ppppoooo” that won me over, I think.

Actually, I think Steve Martin saying that is the only thing I really remember about the movie, but I really don’t remember being bored a lot for the duration. And Queen Latifah’s great.
