Okay this one’s pretty dire. Some moments made me laugh, mostly involving the ghosts, and for around the first half hour it seems that Julie Delpy will keep the movie from sinking completely, but even she can’t save it. The ending I saw has the couple bungy jumping off the Statue of Liberty – it should’ve been the Eiffel Tower because that would’ve been one beautiful image; apparently there is another ending where they have a baby. I’m not likely to ever see that one since I’m not likely to bother with this again. Nice Pere Lachaise scene, though, I have to admit. I’m sure that can’t have been shot on location because I imagine it would be difficult … maybe I’m wrong. If though, as I’m guessing, it’s a set, it’s a f*cking good set.

It’s got nothing on the original, though … not that the original was even that good. But at least it had some pretty amazing scenes. This thing is more like Eurotrip meets Teen Wolf.
